Why "Join" or "Sign In"?
Becoming a member of the groove massive opens the door to many interactive features on the grooveradio.com website and gets you on our mailing list to receive official Groove Radio news and information. "Sign In" on future visits to grooveradio.com for easy access to Chat, Contests, Message Boards, more.
To join, simply click on "JOIN" at the top of most pages on the website or follow the links when you are ready to chat, post comments, or enter a contest. Fill out the form to create an account which will give you access to these features. IMPORTANT: Don't forget to write down your USERNAME and PASSWORD. You will not be able to retrieve lost passwords and will need to create a new account.

If you want to be REMOVED from the Groove News database, sign in, click the edit button at the top of this page, and check the box next to NEWSLETTER - I prefer not to receive periodic updates and newsletters from grooveradio.com.

How do I listen to the 'music stream' on the site?
To listen to our live stream, you are required to have one of the following audio players: Microsoft Windows Media Player or Streaming MP3 Player, such as Winamp. (See below if you do not yet have one of these players.) Click on the "Listen Now" button on the grooveradio.com home page then select your preferred player format. Groove Radio will launch this player and connect to the grooveradio.com stream. After a few seconds of buffering, you will begin to hear music.
I do not have an audio player, where can I get one?
- Microsoft Windows Media Player
- Winamp Player
The audio player seems to be playing but I cannot hear anything.
Please check the following:
1) Speakers are turned on and that all the wires are plugged into the correct socket.
2) Sound card is working properly.
3) Volume (In the Taskbar if Windows) is NOT MUTED.
If you still experience trouble with listening to the stream, please contact the player's support link directly.
The stream plays but there are a lot of pauses and the player says "buffering."
It is almost certainly due to "network congestion." If this happens repeatedly, then it means that there is not enough bandwidth available to you to play the selected stream. Try another bandwidth stream or try 'extending the buffer' period on your media player.

How can I participate in the chat room?
If you want to participate in the chat room, make sure that you are a member of the groove massive and have created an account here. You will then need a JAVA-ENABLED browser. Most browsers have that feature enabled by default. Please make sure that you have your COOKIES enabled. To enter a chat room, click on the CHAT button in the navigation, located at the top and bottom throughout the site (including on the front home page). You must first sign in with your username name and password.

How do I post messages on the Message Boards or after reading an Article?
It is really simple and self-explanatory, just make sure that you are a member of the groove massive. If you are signed in, you will see a comment box on the message boards and/or at the bottom of many articles. Please feel free to share your thoughts with the groove massive.
